A BILL to amend and reenact §5B-2-13 of the code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to continuation of the Tourism Commission.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That §5B-2-13 of the code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 2. WEST VIRGINIA DEVELOPMENT OFFICE.
§5B-2-13. Continuation of the Tourism Commission.
Pursuant to the provisions of chapter four, article ten of this code, the The Tourism Commission shall continue to exist, pursuant to the provisions of article ten, chapter four of this code, until the first day of July, two thousand five six, unless sooner terminated, continued or reestablished pursuant to the provisions of that article.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to continue
the Tourism Commission until July 1, 2006, pursuant to the West Virginia Sunset Law.
